Perhaps the best electric knife for any kitchen is a rechargeable electric knife. Not only are rechargeable electric knives powerful, but you’ll also have the convenience of a cordless electric knife, without having to replace the batteries!
A good rechargeable electric knife will come with a motor that is nearly as powerful as the corded version, however, like most rechargeable electronics, you’ll notice the power diminishing as the charge dwindles.
In addition, a rechargeable electric knife is also a bit more expensive than both the standard corded electric knife, and the battery operated electric knife, so your purchasing decision should be balanced out by what you’re willing to spend, and how often you expect to use the electric knife.
